Community Presentation

Compliance with the Registered Owners Corporation (OC) Rules is essential for maintaining safety and harmony within the community.

Adherence to these regulations ensures that all residents can enjoy their living spaces without disruption or interference on the rights of others. Additionally, it helps uphold property values and contributes to overall well-being of the community.

Below are the OC Rules that our Community Presentation Team inspect:

Lot to be clean and tidy at all times, free of rubbish to prevent from infestation of the Lot by vermin or insects.
Caravans, Boats & Trailers must not be kept at the property, where visible from common property and public area.
Ensure the Lot and Structures are well maintained.
Maintain Landscaping by keeping garden areas and nature strip well-trimmed and free of weeds.
